About the Opportunity
As a Senior Research Analyst at Econic Partners, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality work to our clients. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day of projects, working closely with project managers and senior staff to analyse data, find insights, and communicate them to our clients. You’ll be part of a team that is shaping it’s future and yours.
Key responsibilities will include
- Analysing and interpreting data to provide key insights (using statistical programmes to conduct quantitative analyses and create clear data visualisations).
- Applying economic reasoning to solve analytical problems.
- Participating in internal meetings and contributing to the team’s critical thinking.
- Conducting qualitative research on economic theory, market trends and facts, and industry dynamics to support economic arguments.
- Contributing to a positive work environment.
About You
- 1 to 3 years of experience gained within an economic consulting firm with significant exposure to UK or EU mergers or antitrust matters.
- Bachelors and/or Masters degree closely related to Economics with demonstrable interest in microeconomics, industrial organisation or econometrics.
- Strong analytical skills – you will enjoy working with data, solving problems and thinking critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, with other languages beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
