We are partnering with a high-growth, specialist financial services consultancy as they continue to expand their Strategy & Deals practice.

The team advises leading asset managers, wealth firms, insurers and private markets clients on commercial due diligence, corporate strategy and transaction-related initiatives, and is seeing sustained demand across both investor-led and strategic engagements.

A globally recognised consultancy dedicated to financial services, with a strong reputation for combining deep sector expertise with strategy, M&A advisory and transformation delivery. The Strategy & Deals team supports clients across the full transaction lifecycle, from diligence through to execution and value creation, and represents a key area of strategic growth for the business.

Role

You will play a key role in delivering CDD and strategy engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to high-impact, transaction-driven work.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting commercial due diligence (CDD) assignments
  • Delivering growth and corporate strategy projects
  • Supporting pre- and post-deal value creation initiatives
  • Conducting detailed market, competitor and commercial analysis
  • Engaging directly with clients and senior deal stakeholders
