Join Our ED Team at Galloway Community Hospital! Are you a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse ready for an exciting challenge? Our busy and friendly Emergency Department is looking for 2 part-time Band 5 Staff Nurses to join us on a fixed term basis from 01/06/26 until 28/02/2027. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your acute care skills while working alongside an experienced, supportive multidisciplinary team. No two days are ever the same in ED if you thrive in a fast paced environment where great teamwork and quick thinking shine, we’d love to hear from you!
Previous ED experience is welcome but not essential; we’ll provide full support and development.

As from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
