Pertemps are recruiting an experienced Adult's Social Worker in Middlesbrough. We are looking for a qualified AMHP social worker in adult social care who will contribute to the provision of an effective mental health social work service, which strives to improve the lives of the residents of Middlesbrough.

Responsibilities

• Participate on the duty AMHP rota and hold a small caseload, completing personalised assessments and clearly identifying needs while considering the context in which the adult lives and listening to their voice.
• Plan and facilitate the meeting of needs by exploring informal and community based support in addition to providing statutory services.
• Work with adults to safeguard them against abuse and neglect.

There is plenty of hybrid working available.
