Bank Residential Team Leader - £16.60 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, friends and external professionals.
- Ensure families and friends feel welcomed and well‑informed.
- Keep the Line Manager up to date on residents’ needs and progress.
- Follow guidelines and policies consistently.
- Write care plans and contribute to the development of the care team.
- Support staff and share best practice to improve service quality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
- Flexible, patient, caring, organised and a team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Completed or working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Benefits & Working Hours
Salary: £16.60 per hour
Working Hours: Bank (zero hour contract). Day and night shifts available (07:45‑20:15 and 20:00‑08:00).
Full training provided, including leadership programme and opportunities for progression within the company.
