Job Title

Bank Residential Team Leader – £16.60 per hour

Location

Wellesley Road, Camden

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, friends and external professionals.
• Ensure families and friends feel welcomed and well‑informed.
• Keep the Line Manager up to date on residents’ needs and progress.
• Follow guidelines and policies consistently.
• Write care plans and contribute to the development of the care team.
• Support staff and share best practice to improve service quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
• Flexible, patient, caring, organised and a team player.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Completed or working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Benefits & Working Hours

Salary: £16.60 per hour

Working Hours: Bank (zero hour contract). Day and night shifts available (07:45‑20:15 and 20:00‑08:00).
