Capital City College is seeking a skilled Examinations Officer to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.
About the Role
This full‑time, permanent role administers qualifications across the College, including creating accurate entries to deadlines, maintaining awarding organisation‑expected standards, and resolving all aspects of results and certificates administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage examinations across all centres.
- Gather and submit accurate entry data to the awarding organisations.
- Manage and disseminate examination results and certificates.
About You
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Confidence working with systems and processes, including experience with a Management Information System.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Experience in a similar educational or exam‑based role.
- A readiness to make a positive contribution to the college community.
