If you are looking for a new opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive mental health team, we have an opportunity to join the BaNES community CAMHS team as a full time Mental Health Practitioner.
We welcome applications from RMNs, OTs and Social Workers.
In BSW we have a commitment to staff development and progression. Our training programme includes multiple internal trainings relevant to CAMHS and links with external trainings funded through HEE. Managers work closely with all staff to ensure they have the right training to enable them to confidently and competently deliver high standard interventions.
As an organisation we offer flexibility, we recognise the importance of flexible working to ensure a work life balance and would be open to the possibility of home working for a proportion of the working week following a satisfactory period of induction and evidence of competence to work independently and safely.
This is an opportunity to build confidence, skills, knowledge in this area of CAMHS. The team is a well established team who are keen to support and develop successful candidates. Both roles are supported with regular clinical, managerial and safeguarding supervision. The Band 5 role will be supported with clear goals and actions in order for a successful candidate to professional develop and progress to Band 6 when there is an opportunity.
