Job Description:

We’re working with a fast-growing B2B technology business looking for a Senior Event Marketing Manager to own and deliver a high-impact events programme.

This is an events-led marketing role (≈70%), combined with broader content and campaign responsibilities (≈30%), focused on driving brand awareness, customer engagement and pipeline growth.

You’ll be responsible for delivering standout event experiences while turning those moments into a scalable content and demand generation engine.

What you’ll own

Event strategy & delivery

Own the end-to-end delivery of a diverse event programme including flagship events, customer events and virtual experiences.

Event content & storytelling

Shape event narratives, agendas and content to ensure every event delivers a clear story aligned to business goals.

Turning events into a content engine

Repurpose event content into campaigns, thought leadership, nurture content and sales assets.

Performance & ROI

Define KPIs, track performance and demonstrate event impact on pipeline and revenue.

Work closely with sales to ensure events support target accounts, pipeline generation and deal progression.

Content marketing (30%)

Create and deliver content across thought leadership, campaigns and sales enablement, much of it rooted in event output.

AI-led optimisation

Use AI tools to improve efficiency and explore new ways of enhancing events and content output.

Stakeholder & agency management

Collaborate with senior stakeholders and manage agencies across production, creative and delivery.

Budget ownership

Manage event budgets and ensure delivery within agreed spend.

What they’re looking for

  • 8+ years’ experience delivering B2B events within tech or services
  • Experience delivering revenue-focused events aligned to pipeline goals
  • Strong experience turning events into marketing content and campaigns
  • Experience managing multiple events simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management, including senior leadership engagement
  • Experience with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot) and ROI tracking
  • Experience working within partner ecosystems (nice to have)
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools within marketing workflows
