Having recently secured a prestigious £10M drylining and ceiling fit‑out project in Oxford, they’re looking for a Design Manager ready to step up from technical detailing into a more strategic design management role. You’ll take full ownership of the design process, coordinating consultants and site teams while helping to shape the company’s new design function from the ground up.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in technical detailing for drylining, interiors, or fit‑out design
• Strong understanding of BIM protocols and coordination
• A background in technical drawing or detailing, with the ambition to step into design management
• Confidence in liaising with consultants, site teams, and main contractors
• The drive to help establish and grow an in‑house design department within a market‑leading contractor
