Macgregor Black are partnering with a High Growth Consumer Goods Business, on the search for a Senior Digital Marketing & Communications Manager.

This is a senior, hands‑on leadership position sitting within our Marketing team and reporting directly to the Marketing Director. You'll own and lead our full-funnel digital marketing activity from paid social and PPC to influencer partnerships, affiliates, organic social, and PR across all territories.

You’ll be a strategic thinker and a data obsessive, equally comfortable presenting ROI reports to the Marketing Director as you are rolling up your sleeves to optimise a campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Director in shaping the annual digital marketing strategy
  • Lead on key growth projects, including adopting new technology and AI-driven advertising approaches
  • Champion the brand voice across all consumer-facing channels
  • Own performance across paid social, PPC, TikTok, and affiliates — tracking weekly and monthly against KPIs and revenue targets
  • Manage and report on budget reconciliation, flagging overspends and pitching for development budget with clear ROI expectations
  • Build insightful reports that translate data into actionable decisions
  • Develop and execute a paid social strategy to drive revenue growth and brand awareness across Meta, TikTok, and beyond
  • Manage agency relationships, briefing documents, and hold partners accountable to performance targets
  • Day-to-day management of the TikTok Shop including pricing, promotions, and affiliate management
  • Manage affiliate partnerships to drive quality traffic while protecting margin
  • Oversee the influencer programme and evaluate ongoing partnership opportunities
  • Work with the PR agency to deliver consumer and corporate PR strategies
  • Manage the brand awards programme
  • Lead the Organic Social & Partnerships Executive to deliver standout content across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Ensure content quality, brand consistency, and trend-led creativity across all platforms
  • Manage and develop a direct report through regular 1:1s, objective-setting, and bi-annual appraisals
  • Hold agencies accountable to contracted deliverables, stepping in to drive improvement where needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, ideally within a consumer/retail brand
  • Best-in-class expertise in paid social media (Meta, TikTok) and PPC
  • Strong track record of managing budgets and delivering against ROAS and revenue targets
  • Experience managing agencies and holding them to performance metrics
  • Confident with analytics tools — Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar
  • Experience with organic social strategy and content management
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer programmes
  • A data-driven mindset with excellent reporting and communication skills
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of SEO, and working knowledge of HTML/XML is a bonus
