First Milk are currently seeking a Site Engineering Manager to enhance their factory and engineering team in Cumbria. Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead a high‑performing engineering team, driving engagement and development.
• Own engineering operations, ensuring uptime, safety, and delivery of key projects.
• Champion improvement and efficiency, managing budgets, CAPEX, and process optimisation.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in managing planned preventative maintenance schedules.
• Experience within the Utilities Department.
