Artisan are working in partnership with a growing civils contractor to recruit an experienced Team Leader / Ganger to join their expanding team at Utilities Limited.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a motivated and hands-on individual with strong leadership skills and a solid background in civils and excavation works.
The Role
You’ll be leading a team on a variety of civils projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a varied, on-the-road role covering local projects across East Sussex.
Essential Requirements
- Streetworks certificate (excavation on highways)
- Proven experience in excavations
- Proven experience in civils works
- Proven experience in traffic management
- Proven experience in white works & black works
- Full UK driving licence (with towing capability)
- Excavator ticket
