We’ve partnered with a globally renowned engineering business in Greater Manchester in their search for a Production Engineer.

About You
- Apprenticeship trained (machining bias), qualified to HNC/HND level in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of 4 & 5 axis machining and CNC lathes
- Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Comfortable managing projects and working across multiple departments
- Strong communication skills, able to work with production, engineering, and wider teams
- Commutable to Middleton
About the Role
- Provide engineering support across all areas of production
- Identify and implement improvements to process capability and yield
- Create routings, BOMs, costings, and process specifications
- Provide technical input on tooling, fixtures, and programming
- Work with systems including SolidWorks, CAD/CAM, and SAP
