Responsibilities

• Conducting routine maintenance of fire alarm systems.
• Delivering a high level of service to our customers.
• Completing accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Working independently and as part of a team as required.

Who We're Looking For

• Direct experience in a similar role is not essential – we will give you the tools and skills to succeed.
• Ambition and drive to become a qualified maintenance engineer through our training.
• Proficient problem‑solving skills.
• Have a full, clean UK driving licence.
• Flexibility and ability to work on‑call or overtime as required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients.
