Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree of any engineering or science discipline or engineering technician background is welcome.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Experience developing and delivering excellent service to customers.
- Team player.
- Willing to learn.
- Site-based experience.
- Good knowledge of the planning process and delivery of the project(s) objectives.
- Good knowledge of building regulation Eurocode.
- Desirable understanding of fire dynamics and basic fire engineering principles.
- Ideal candidate holds a Postgraduate degree in Fire Safety Engineering or similar disciplines (Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering).
- Knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and guidance as well as international guidance documents.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher plus three years’ experience in managing projects and supervision; must evaluate project requests, delegate, and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of British Building Regulations.
- Knowledge of fire dynamics and fire engineering principles.
- Duration of post: Permanent / Fixed Term.
- UK permanent residence.
