Job title: Mechanical Design Engineer

What will you be doing?
- Take full ownership of products from concept through prototype, testing and into successful production
- Design and develop Creative mechanical systems ready for manufacture and certification
- Build, test and refine prototypes, driving Improved performance through data-led decisions
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality materials and processes
- Produce detailed CAD models, production drawings and technical documentation with precision and focus
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Qualified Mechanical Engineer with Strong grounding in engineering fundamentals (materials, loads, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics)
- Proficient in 3D/2D CAD (Autodesk Fusion preferred) with FEA/CFD experience
- Hands‑on experience building and testing mechanical systems, ideally within marine or harsh environments
- Knowledge of bearings, shafts, gears, seals and modern manufacturing methods (CNC, additive, moulding, casting)
- Motivated, Determined and Assured team player who can manage timelines and deliver results
