Job title: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

What will you be doing?
- Take strategic ownership of full product lifecycles, from concept through to production and in‑service support
- Lead the design and development of advanced mechanical systems aligned with certification and regulatory standards
- Oversee prototype builds, testing programmes and data‑driven design improvements
- Guide suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality, cost control and on‑time delivery
- Produce and approve detailed CAD models, manufacturing drawings and technical documentation
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Qualified and highly experienced Mechanical Engineer with Strong expertise in loads, materials, fluid dynamics and thermodynamics
- Advanced proficiency in 3D/2D CAD (Autodesk Fusion preferred) plus FEA/CFD capability
- Proven track record delivering products into volume manufacture using modern techniques (CNC, additive, moulding, casting)
- Hands‑on marine or harsh‑environment experience, with an appreciation for consumer‑focused design and ergonomics
- Motivated, Determined and Assured leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
