We’re working with a globally recognised, creative and innovation‑led business to hire a Senior People Partner on a 12‑month FTC.
This is a strategic and commercially focused role, where you’ll partner with senior leaders across multiple business units, driving people strategy while remaining hands‑on with complex HR challenges.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing key business decisions
- Leading on complex employee relations matters, including restructures and organisational change
- Using data and insights to identify trends and drive proactive solutions
- Supporting and delivering people strategy, engagement and retention initiatives
- Partnering with internal teams to support talent, performance and organisational development
- Leading and mentoring more junior HR team members
- Driving consistency and best practice across multiple teams or regions
What we’re looking for:
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at senior level
- Extensive experience managing complex ER and organisational change
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, matrix or global environment
- Confident using data to inform decision‑making and strategy
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
