- Lucid Global works with global brand teams at big and mid‑tier pharmaceuticals and biotech clients to deliver powerful medical communications solutions across the asset lifecycle.
- Lucid Consulting brings depth of expertise in the research, development and commercialisation of solutions across therapeutic areas and modalities by streamlining product development, building operational capabilities, innovating, and supporting execution to create value for patients, clients and shareholders.
- US MedComms works with both US and Global brand teams to create powerful medical communications solutions for early lifecycle assets.
- US Marketing works with clients across the Rx, Medical Device, OTC and Consumer Device categories to deliver compelling communications and promotional solutions to Healthcare Professionals for in‑market assets.
About The Role
A Senior Account Executive is a member of the Client Services team responsible for supporting the execution of client projects in an account, ensuring a high‑quality delivery that exceeds client expectations. In this role you will support with client communications and financial management of assigned project(s) ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
The Client Services team partner with our Medical Writing team and are responsible for the delivery of projects for our clients. The Account Management team works with available in‑house expertise such as our creative team but also with third‑party suppliers, and provides appropriate direction, ensuring projects exceed client expectations and are delivered to budget.
A Senior Account Executive at Lucid is responsible for:
- Delivering and continually improving the account administration and support to internal and external clients
- Understanding any roadblocks and providing solutions
- Understanding client’s key messages and positioning
- Building strong working relationships with our clients
- Contributing to proposals for our clients and articulating Lucid’s strategy
- Attending appropriate client meetings, ensuring they build confidence in the service Lucid provides
- Ensuring we exceed all clients’ expectations
- Ensuring all project deadlines are met, being clear on all details and requirements
They are ambassadors for Lucid Group, helping build the profile and client base of the Company.
What We’re Looking For
Essential skills:
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment

- Experience in meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects
Desirable skills:
- Experience within the medcomms/healthcare industry
- Experience working on innovative strategic programs for clients
- Life Science degree
- Experience in building strong client relationships
- Experience within an account management role
- Experience problem solving and providing solutions
