This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement; requires up to 2 days per week travel into our Stratford campus.

About the Role:

The UK Immigration Compliance Officer supports the compliance requirements associated with admitting international students to the UK under the Student visa route. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting and assessing credibility interviews.
• Reviewing financial documentation to ensure compliance with Student visa requirements.
• Evaluating applicants' immigration and study histories.
• Assisting with the preparation and issuance of Confirmations of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).
• Supporting mandatory reporting via UKVI Sponsor Management System (SMS), including reporting instances of non‑enrolment and successful course completion.

About You:

We are seeking a UK Immigration Compliance Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting international students through the UK Student visa admissions process.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven relevant experience in a student immigration advisory service or higher education setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UKVI Student visa regulations.
• Ability to work accurately with data and meet strict deadlines.

Desirable Requirements:

• OISC qualification.
• Experience producing reports for compliance or senior management.
