Key responsibilities for the Sales Executive role
- Making outbound calls to business prospects to introduce Wills & Co’s commercial insurance services.
- Qualifying leads and booking appointments for our sales consultants.
- Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly performance targets.
Skills and experience
- Excellent communication skills – confident, clear, and persuasive over the phone.
- Resilience and drive – comfortable working towards targets and handling objections.
- Strong organisation – able to manage call lists, follow-ups, and CRM updates efficiently.
- Team player – works well with others and contributes to a positive team culture.
