Are you a seasoned recruiter with a passion for making a real difference? We’re seeking a Volunteer Recruiter to help identify and engage exceptional senior team and board members who will drive our mission forward. This is a crucial, high‑impact role where your expertise will directly contribute to our charity’s expansion and reach.

What You’ll Do

• Utilize platforms like VolunteerMatch and similar services to source qualified candidates.
• Leverage your own professional network (a big plus!) to identify potential senior team and board members.
• Engage with prospective volunteers, articulate our mission, and assess their fit for high‑level roles.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to understand recruitment needs and align with organizational goals.

Who You Are

• Experienced Recruiter: Proven track record in recruitment, ideally with experience in identifying senior‑level talent.
• Mission‑Driven: Genuine passion for holistic health literacy and our charity’s mission.
• Networking Pro: Comfortable and skilled at connecting with people, both online and through your personal network.
• Self‑Starter: Proactive, organized, and capable of managing your own pipeline and outreach.
• Excellent Communicator: Clear and compelling ability to articulate opportunities and our organization's vision.

Commitment

This is a virtual, part‑time volunteer role, requiring approximately 5–10 hours per week, flexible to your schedule.
