Job Description

• Secondary Teacher / Secondary ECT
• Inspiring and motivating the younger generation
• Working alongside a team of Secondary Teachers
• TLR Opportunities: KS3 Coordinator and Pastoral Responsibilities
• ECTs welcome: 1:1 mentor, bespoke ECT induction, in & out of house training and more
• September 2026 start – Full Time & Permanent
• MPS1-UPS3 + TLR (size depending on experience)
• Located in Croydon

Person Specification

• Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
• Strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
• Must meet the 8 Teaching Standards to a Good or Outstanding level
• Must be able to work as part of a large team of Secondary Teachers
• Must be willing to listen to feedback
