Role Description
We’re looking for a Freelance Project Manager to join us on a 4-month contract.
This is a 4 days in the office / 1 day from home role, working closely with our Lead Project Manager, and PM & creative teams.
The focus of this role is simple:
Keep projects moving, clients informed, and standards high.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning day-to-day delivery across key client projects
- Keeping clients proactively updated (not waiting to be chased)
- Briefing work clearly into the studio and aligning internal teams
- Managing timelines, budgets, and priorities across multiple projects
- Spotting risks early and resolving issues before they escalate
- Helping bring structure and consistency to how projects are run
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in managing creative or campaign‑led projects within an agency
- Clear, confident communicator - both with clients and internal teams
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Commercial awareness - understands budgets, scope, and how to manage both
- Proactive mindset - someone who takes ownership rather than waits for direction
- Ability to manage and push back on scope creep where needed
