Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls delivering a first‑class customer experience
- Assist customers with finance applications, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Manage financial transactions and take customer deposits with high attention to detail
- Book quality vehicle appointments for dealerships across the UK
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively promote vehicles and ancillary services
- Consistently work towards and exceed telesales targets
- Develop strong relationships with customers, providing expert service and advice
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of telesales experience; motor trade experience is desirable but not essential
- Confident and professional communicator with excellent phone manner
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
- High attention to detail, particularly when processing customer data and finance applications
- Motivated, target‑driven, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment
- Genuine interest in the motor trade industry and vehicle sales
