Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship with a £4 million per annum FMCG client, acting as the key contact and ensuring their requests are delivered to the highest standard.
- Liaise with all stakeholders daily, develop and write new briefs, and ensure smooth project management of all campaigns.
- Manage all client delivery deadlines, provide accurate estimating, invoicing and monthly budget reconciliation.
- Identify and maximise cost‑saving opportunities and support delivery of client campaigns within budgets.
- Adapt to changing workloads, apply creative problem‑solving and innovative thinking to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Commercially aware Senior Account Manager with experience managing Point of Sale / Large Format printed projects for a well‑known brand.
- Strong numeracy skills and ability to understand client budgets.
- Flexible approach to workload, strong problem‑solving skills, and capacity to embrace change.
