Aftersales Training Lead

is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering all Aftersales training programmes for partner networks, technical teams, and customer‑facing service staff. This includes Customer Advisory, Technical, Parts, and Warranty learning pathways. The role ensures that the INEOS Automotive strategy is implemented effectively and that partners receive the necessary training support aligned with product launch timelines and continuous improvement needs.
