We’re looking for a Case Specialist to join our team in Bradford on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with two days in the office and three days working remotely each week. As a Case Specialist, reporting into the Employee Relation Team Lead, this role plays a critical part in delivering a high‑quality, consistent Employee Relations (ER) service across the business. You will provide practical, confident ER advice, support and coaching to line managers across the full employee lifecycle, handling cases end to end and ensuring decisions are commercially sound, legally compliant and aligned to our risk appetite. Working as part of a small, specialist Employee Relations team, you will support Liberty Blume operations, collaborating directly with People Business Partners, line managers and key partners. You will take ownership of a varied ER caseload, contribute to continuous improvement of ER processes and policies, and use insight and data to help shape proactive, effective people solutions.
