Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage your own pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
- Build strong relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers to secure new partnerships
- Conduct face‑to‑face meetings and presentations to promote services
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to generate new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed new business targets while maintaining high activity levels
What Experience is Required
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally field-based in the property sector
- Confident in generating leads through cold outreach and networking
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision‑makers
