Shipping and Export Administrator

Location: Clevedon

Contract: Ongoing

Pay rate: £16.50 per hour PAYE

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to shipping and export procedures/regulations
• Ensure department ships all systems, upgrades and spares on a daily basis
• Liaise with shippers on a daily basis to ensure they have availability to meet our shipping requirements
• Support with coordinating the calibration process
• In collaboration with dispatch keep track of systems in offsite storage so Customers can be notified what products are waiting
• Flag any cost issues at shipping and chase resolution
• Will need to be Aviation secure – so will need to be able to provide 5 years of references
