Depot Support Administrator
Ashford, Kent (Site Based)
9 Month Contract 37.5 Hours Monday-Friday Immediate Start
The Role:
- Raise service jobs and work orders (ServiceMax - training provided)
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders
- Support hire / service contract administration
- Liaise with engineers regarding equipment and service activity
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office systems
The Person:
- Experience in office / service / depot/engineering administration
- Strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills
- Confident dealing with customers and internal teams
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
