Join our commercial team as a Commercial Co-ordinator, supporting Key Account Managers in delivering high-quality customer and business solutions within our Seating division. In this role, you will take ownership of a range of commercial and data-driven activities, including customer-facing tasks, while helping to generate, track and manage key commercial information. Your work will support business decision-making, improve data visibility and enable efficient collaboration across programs and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate customer requests in a timely and professional manner (e.g. service and prototype quotations, country of origin declarations, purchase order amendments, tooling asset registers)
- Support Key Account Managers with the preparation, tracking and management of commercial data
- Maintain and develop databases, cost and price trackers, and data collection systems to improve efficiency and data quality
- Analyse and interpret commercial data within internal systems and provide regular insights and reporting
- Collect and manage data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritise business and information needs
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and interpret complex data with accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working in a customer-facing or commercially focused environment
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Degree in Data Science, Business Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

- Proactive approach, with confidence to initiate discussions and drive tasks to completion
- Experience in project management or implementing database solutions
- Ability to identify and propose improvements to business processes and workflows
