Electrical Network Resource Manager at Jersey Electricity PLC

We are seeking an experienced Manager for the Electrical Networks Resource team focused on delivering utility services, to lead and coordinate the group within our Distribution networks business. This leadership role ensures efficient resource planning and provides strong technical support to project and industrial teams. The role plays a vital part in supporting Jersey Electricity’s delivery of crucial services across our distribution network that includes, distribution substations, network pillars, complete cable network and over 55,000 service and metering points.

Key Skills

• Experience working with operational or field-based teams and understanding of workforce deployment.
• Degree qualified (or equivalent) IOSH Managing Safely and HSandE training suitable for higher-risk environments.
• Clean driving licence.
