Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure seamless workflow and productivity.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development and performance management.
  • Analyse and improve organisational processes, working to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Liaise with senior management to align operational activities with company-wide strategic objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and health and safety regulations.
  • Identify and address operational problems and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational management principles and business functions, including finance, HR, and procurement.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with staff at all levels.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Adept at strategic planning and problem-solving.
  • A degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
