Compliance Manager / Senior Compliance Manager - High-Growth Financial Services Organisation - Belfast
A high-growth, FCA-authorised financial services firm is looking to hire a Compliance Manager or Senior Compliance Manager to take ownership of its UK compliance function.

The Opportunity
You’ll step into a broad, hands-on role where you’ll act as the go-to compliance lead for the UK business.
You will be expected to challenge, improve, and help scale the compliance framework in line with the firm’s growth and product offering.
The Role
- Lead and develop the UK compliance programme across regulatory compliance and financial crime
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across the business
- Partner with the front office and product teams
- Ensure the business continues to operate in line with key regulatory expectations
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to key regulatory frameworks to include Consumer Duty, MiFID, SMCR etc
- Oversee the financial crime framework, including AML and broader risk management
- Support regulatory change, governance, and ongoing development of policies and controls
- Act as a key point of contact for regulators and external stakeholders
About You
You’ll be someone who enjoys operating in a growing, evolving business, where you can take ownership and make things better.
- Strong experience within FCA-regulated financial services organisations
- Solid understanding of UK regulatory expectations, particularly in investment or product-led environments
- Comfortable working independently and with senior stakeholders
- Commercially aware, able to balance risk and business objectives
- Experience with structured products or complex investments is helpful, but not essential
