About the role
- Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries
- Processing quotes, bookings, and payments
- Coordinating jobs and scheduling engineers
- Managing stock levels and supplier orders
- Updating systems with accurate information
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin
- Assisting with customer queries and resolving issues

- Good IT and organisational abilities

- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Team player who can also work independently

Working hours
Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Occasional Saturday mornings (paid at overtime rate).
