Project Manager

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the project from pre‑construction through to completion.

The Role: As Project Manager, you will:

• Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate multiple contractors, consultants, and stakeholders across a complex city‑centre development
• Monitor site progress, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance and health & safety standards
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on programme, budget, and milestones

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing high‑end residential or mixed‑use developments, ideally in central London
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing significant project budgets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and programme management
• Experience working on residential refurbishment schemes
