Role Description
The Franchise Pub Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a busy pub at Emersons Green, Bristol, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and smooth service delivery. Responsibilities include leading and managing the team, ensuring compliance with safety and licensing regulations, implementing promotions, and overseeing staff training and development. The Pub Manager will also manage budgets, monitor inventory, and maintain an inviting and well‑organized environment. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom.
