Job Summary

Drive your B2B sales career with a brand trusted by local businesses across the UK. At Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Oxford, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and confident Local Business Development Manager to join one of the UK’s leading automotive groups.

Responsibilities

• You’ll develop strong, lasting relationships with local businesses, helping them find tailored vehicle and finance solutions that support their operations.
• You’ll manage the full B2B sales journey – from identifying prospects and creating a sales pipeline, to closing deals and ensuring a smooth, professional handover.
• You’ll maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of brand products, business leasing options, and insurance packages to offer the best service and advice.

Qualifications

• Someone with proven sales experience in the automotive sector, ideally with B2B or fleet sales background.
• Someone with strong influencing skills and the ability to convert enquiries into lasting customer relationships.
• Someone who can take ownership of their performance and consistently deliver against targets.
• Someone who acts with integrity, professionalism and takes pride in representing Marshall.
