Project Manager - Tier 1

Project Manager - a leading top tier contractor is searching for a Project Manager to join the expanding team based in the East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor.

The Project Manager will initially head up the team working on MoD contracts ranging from £10m – £30m.

Requirements

• Experience delivering D&B projects as Project Lead
• Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
• Experience managing clients and sub‑contractors
• SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid

• Plan resources on site to maximise productivity and profit
• Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
• Manage sub‑contractors and project stakeholders
• Deliver projects to meet contractual standards

The Package

• Basic salary of £70,000 – £75,000
• Company Car or Car Allowance
• Bonus Scheme up to 10%

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Project Manager delivering construction projects ranging from £10m+.
