Position Summary
The Library Co-ordinator role supports the delivery of audio-visual material, scripts, metadata and artwork for acquired titles. The role will also involve the retrieval of client created dubs and subtitles across EMEA from local broadcasters.
Responsibilities
- Oversee material delivery for acquired titles distributor on-boarding and ensuring material is delivered on time and to spec.
- Handle QC rejections and remediation process.
- Retrieval of client created TV dubs and subtitles across EMEA,
- Raise P.O.s for material costs and keep track of received.
- Update internal colleagues with regular status reports on the progress of deliveries as well as flagging up any issues or blockers in a timely manner.
- Track metrics for the on time deliveries and right the first time deliveries.
- Track material delivery for animation (video, audio, metadata) from production and distributors.
- Deliver dubs, subtitles, video files and metadata to clients once the access agreement has been signed.
- Work effectively with departmental colleagues and cross-functionally with other members of EMEA Content Operations.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, as well as:
- Experience in asset management databases.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Be well organised and be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Understanding of the mastering process is desirable.
