Main duties of the job

As Team Leader, you will oversee the smooth running of sessions, guide and support a team of Support Workers, and ensure high quality, person centred care. You will also build local relationships, raise awareness of the service, and contribute to support long term sustainability.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a positive approach, and a passion for supporting people living with dementia.

Summary of post-

The post holder will provide effective day to day support to a team ofSupport Workers, ensuring the safe, person centred, and high quality deliveryof activities for people living with dementia. They will oversee thecoordination of the service, maintain high operational standards, and supportstaff performance and wellbeing. They will also develop and maintain localrelationships, promote the service, and increase the uptake of privately fundedclients to support long term sustainability and growth.
