Our client is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead complex client implementation programs across healthcare, pharmacy, and DME environments. This role sits at the center of high-impact operational and digital initiatives, ensuring seamless onboarding, system transitions, and go-live success for new and existing clients. You’ll be the key driver turning complex requirements into structured, successful delivery outcomes that directly shape the client experience.

Compensation
$50–$55/hr
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end client implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition.
- Build and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and clear project documentation.
- Drive accountability across matrixed teams to ensure delivery and execution.
- Conduct requirements gathering and translate needs into actionable implementation plans.
- Coordinate training, readiness, and go-live support activities with clients.
- Manage project risks, issues, and offboarding processes when applicable.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Experience with client implementation, onboarding, or healthcare/pharmacy/DME environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce for tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or MS Project.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional workstreams in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, and change control practices.
- PMP or related project management certification preferred.
