Office based role, commutable from Brinkworth, Swindon, Malmesbury, Chippenham, Corsham, Bristol, Yate, and the surrounding areas.

The company is a telecoms solutions provider specialising in fixed and wireless communications, offering end-to-end support including fibre infrastructure, product supply, manufacturing, and logistics services to support network deployment and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the technical department.
• Develop client-focused solutions from drawings and specifications.
• Act as the key technical contact, supporting delivery and resolving issues.
• Work closely with production teams to deliver projects and drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Telecoms background.
• Supervisory or management experience.
