Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- 5 years of experience in go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, or a similar program management role.
- Experience managing the "rhythm of business," including activities such as annual business planning, forecasting, and running business reviews.
- Experience working with data sets to extract insights and build reporting frameworks or dashboards.
- Experience influencing mid‑to‑executive level stakeholders and collaborating across cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, and Product).
About the job
As a Data Cloud Strategy and Operations Lead in EMEA, you will drive the execution and direction of the Data Cloud organization, which includes Data Analytics, cloud‑native Databases, Looker, and Apigee. Working closely with EMEA Data Cloud leadership, you will serve as a key partner in driving business growth through effective planning, operational excellence, and the execution of high‑growth initiatives.
You will be a natural collaborator capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and commercial stakeholders, passionate about solving problems within data ecosystems and turning in-depth insights into actionable plans. Your focus will be on scaling the business and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence across the region.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the goal for Data Cloud, including growth initiatives and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), in partnership with EMEA leadership.
- Drive the development and execution of initiatives specifically aimed at accelerating Data Cloud adoption and enhancing technical efficiencies across the region.
- Develop and monitor advanced metrics, insights, and reporting frameworks that reflect the health of the Data Cloud business. Lead key operational processes ensuring progress against specific goals.
- Facilitate collaboration and share best practices globally and cross‑functionally to help identify gaps and implement bridge plans. Prepare data‑driven insights and compelling narratives to facilitate executive‑level decisions.
- Manage the forecast process for the Data Cloud organization, proactively testing inputs to improve forecast accuracy and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) hygiene.
