Engineering Administrator

Company: Penguin Random House UK

Location: Frating

Posted: May 4th, 2026

Join our dynamic Engineering Team in Frating as an Administrator, where your organisational skills and proactive approach will play a vital role in keeping our site running smoothly and efficiently. Supporting a busy engineering function, you’ll help coordinate administrative activities, contribute to maintaining high standards of Health & Safety compliance, and ensure our warehouse operations continue to operate seamlessly. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work will have a direct impact on the success and safety of the site.

This role would suit someone who is adaptable, curious, and eager to learn, with a willingness to get involved and build their knowledge across engineering and operational processes. You don’t need prior experience in Health & Safety — full training will be provided — making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop new skills and grow within a supportive team. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with detail, and being part of a team that keeps things moving behind the scenes, this could be the perfect next step for you.
