Location: Belfast De Cuba - Hourly

Salary: £12.71 - £13.10 per hour + Tronc

Your Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Team Leader to join our Cuban familia. You will hold an important role in the management structure, own the guest experience within your venue, and coordinate the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will ensure we are set up for success, uphold brand standards, and deliver our purpose — to create fun and memorable experiences for our teams and guests.
