Lunchtime Supervisor – May 2026

Permanent, Part Time 5 hours a week, 1 hour per day Monday to Friday. Term Time Only for 38 weeks per year.

Salary: Grade 3 (SCP 5) £25,583 per annum pro rata. Actual Salary: £2,910 per annum.

Lunchtime is a time where students develop social skills and enjoy a break in their formal learning. We are looking for individuals who can provide supervision to ensure lunchtimes are safe, efficient and happy for students, so they are ready for afternoon learning.

Responsibilities

Supervise lunchtime activities, ensuring that the environment is safe, efficient, and happy for students, and that they are prepared for afternoon learning.

• Have experience of working in a team
• Are committed to working with and caring for young people
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivation and a proactive approach using initiative
• Willingness to support the staff team as the school grows
