Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the client’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
- Actively manage the sales team, focusing on talent development, goal setting, coaching, monitoring performance and driving the team to exceed sales targets.
- Navigate the team to success selling packaging into the pharmaceutical sector.
- Communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation, internally and externally.
- Drive the sales process from planning to close.
Requirements
- Strong business sense with proven ability to drive sales process.
- Dynamic, energetic and passionate about business development, able to bring fresh ideas to improve company turnover.
- Background in packaging with successful experience as a senior sales or business development manager.
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
